Robbie Motter is a marketing PR Consultant, Certified National Speaker/Trainer, Author, TV and Radio Show host. Robbie believes in the importance of one giving back to the community in addition to their professional work. Known to her community as the “Networking Queen”, she has been giving back to the various communities she has lived in for years by her continuous work with her Nonprofits. Then, in 2017, Robbie formed her own 501 c3 non profit GSFE (Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs).


For over 8 years Robbie taught marketing in the Nonprofit Certificate Program at UCR Extension in Riverside, teaching Riverside County and San Bernardino County Executives about Marketing, PR and how to find and train volunteers for their programs. She has also written volunteer training manuals and articles that are still being used today. She worked for over 8 years with the Resource Center for Non Profit Management in Riverside doing training and also speaking at their annual conventions.


For 29 years Robbie served as the Nafe Global Coordinator working with all their affiliate networks across the country. She step down from that volunteer position on April 2020 to devote more time in running her GSFE non profit. 


Robbie served three years on the County of Riverside Commission for Women, and was the Past President of the GFWC Menifee/Sun City Woman’s Club (2011-2012). Additionally, she was on the Board of the Menifee Valley Chamber for a total of three years and the Temecula Valley Symphony for two years.


She also is a monthly columnist for the Menifee/Temecula Buzz.  Robbie  does all this community work in addition to her business as she feels it is a duty that one should be involved in their community and work towards making a difference. 
Robbie displayed her commitment to her work ethic in late 2012 when she battled breast cancer, but never missed a day in her work. Just one day after she had her mastectomy, Robbie was right back at it running a board meeting, while continuously mentoring and supporting women. She is now seven years Cancer Free.


Robbie comes from a strong Corporate Executive background in Business holding top positions in New York, Washington, DC, Houston, Hawaii and Nebraska. In those positions she managed large staffs of employees, before ultimately starting a business of her own. Furthermore, she is an expert government contracts and has a background in doing events and fundraisers.


Because Robbie is organized, compassionate and caring she is able to not only work on many tasks at the same time, but is amazing with recruiting and working with others to achieve the goals of the mission at hand.


Since 1980 she has been presented over 139 awards for her work from individuals such as various U.S. Presidents, U.S. Senators and Congressmen, and State Senators and Assembly individuals as well as receiving awards from corporations, cities and organizations. 


Her motto that she lives by  is “It’s All About SHOWING UP, and the POWER is in the ASKING.”  Robbie Motter is able to touch lives everyday and continues to make a difference.
